Direction: In what direction are you looking?

Hello Ladies!
This week I want to ask you:
  • In what direction are you looking?
And I want to encourage you to look up!  God’s word says:
  • Therefore we do not lose heart.  Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.  For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.  So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen in eternal. 2Corinthians 4:16-18 
  • And in Psalm 5:1-3 is says, Give ear to my words, O Lord, consider my meditation.  Give heed to the voice of my cry, My King and My God, For to you I will pray.  My voice you shall hear in the morning, Oh, Lord; In the morning I will direct it to you, and I will look up. 
Ladies, as you go through your week I want to encourage you to take a moment in
  • your quiet time,
  • as you go through your day,
  • when you on break at work, or
  • when you are in the car driving
to look up.  God wants you to direct your prayers to Him and direct you eyes on Him to the things that are “unseen”, which is heaven and all that is holds for you.

To remind you to look up, I have my hand-lettered print-able ready for you to print off.

Have You Made Your “Cup of PEACE?”

Have you made your “Cup of Peace”? It is not too late and it is so worth it! I have all the links below.

A verse I picked this last week from my Cup of Peace that stood our to me was Isaiah 26:3-4:  It reads:

  • “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.  Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord himself, is the Rock eternal.”
  • I am reminded that when I am steadfast, moving in God’s direction, the Lord will keep me in His peace and I am told that the Lord is the ROCK ETERNAL!  He is forever solid, like a rick, and I can trust in that and have His peace. Amen!

Spread Joy – Week 5

Hello Ladies!

This is the final week in June and this is our final worksheet print-able and hand-lettered print-able.

I totally loved having my “Cup of Joy” this past month. It was a fun thing to look forward to each day. What did you like about having your “Cup of JOY”?

As I close this post, I want to let you know about next month. The topic for next month is PEACE. I am so excited to dig into God’s word with you as we learn what He says about PEACE. I think that at this time in our history it is so important to remember to have JOY and also to make sure we have the inner PEACE that only God can give as we traverse through these days.

He Makes All Things New (Part 2): Let’s Take a Moment & Praise God for Our Living Hope

My phone camera broke!  Eeek!

Clean Life Clean Living (Part 2)

Hello Ladies,

I pray that all is well with you, your family, and your friends.  We are in such uneasy times.  It seems a little surreal, doesn’t it?  During this time especially, I am so thankful to the Lord for the PEACE that He gives:

Phil 4:6-7 says: Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

and the HOPE God gives in Christ Jesus, that yes we will have troubles in this world, but we will one day be with the Lord in heaven.  What a promise for those who have Jesus as their Savior.

1 Peter 1:3-6 – Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you, who by God’s power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. In this you rejoice, though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been grieved by various trials, so that the tested genuineness of your faith—more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire—may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ

Be Encouraged, God has us all in His hands no matter what happens to us.

Today is part 2 of my talk on Clean Life, Clean Living. There are two ways I believe that you can continue to have clean living through out your life. May you be encouraged today as I tell you these two things.
